Mixed Berry Salad

  • 1 large bowl of mixed spring greens
  • 3 small lemon cucumbers
  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup of rasberries
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • Sesame dressing


  1. Wash vegetables and fruit well and dry. Place spring green mix into a large bowl. Slice lemon cucumbers thinly and add to bowl of greens. Place washed fruit on greens, add almonds and toss well. This salad is good by itself and even better with a light homemade sesame dressing.
