Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale
  • 2 tbsp . olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 sunflower seeds
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
