Cilantro Lime Hummus

a different twist on typical hummus

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups of cooked chick peas
  • 2 tbsp . olive oil
  • 1/8 cup of fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • splash of water


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix well. Add additional salt or lime to taste, and additional olive oil until it reaches a smooth consistency. Top with Pico de Gallo for an extra flavor kick.
