Roasted Buffalo Chicken Brine

Ingredients

  • 1 large bucket
  • 3 gallons water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup salt
  • 5 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the large bucket and add hot water and stir dissolving the sugar. Submerge 6-7 lb chicken in mixture, cover and place in refrigerator for at least 8 hrs or overnight.
