Buffalo Flavored Gravy


  • 2 cups of the juices from the roasting buffalo flavored chicken.
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk


  1. In a small sauce pan whisk all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about five minutes. Remove from heat, let cool and place in a gravy bowl and serve with chicken.
