Cheesecake Cookie Dough


  • 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/8 cup fresh squeezed lemon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs / 1 egg yolk


  1. In a medium bowl whisk flour, salt, and baking powder and set aside.
  2. In the bowl of a mixer blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar and mix well on low speed.
  3. Keeping mixer on low speed add vanilla, lemon and eggs blending each egg well.
  4. Lastly add flour mixture in small amounts and mix until blended well.
  5. Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate dough at least two hours.

Recipe Notes

Refrigerate dough for at least two hours before handling.
